Company is founded by renowned IIM Calcutta alumnus and motivational speaker Mr. Anuj Pal G. Goswami who is ardent believer of carrying along the social and ethical values in all the phases of life. Mr. Goswami, who was nominated for children bravery award during early school days, an eminent adventurist holding a LimcaBook of Record for his solo motorcycle ride to furthest Indo-Pak crossing bridge at Teethwal (Dist- Kupwara, J&K) under extreme climatic conditions, a gold medalist in aero-modeling, a social philanthropist, an executive coach, an distinguished corporate leader, is with 14+ years of proven experience in sales and distribution, strategic planning and business expansion, sales operations and business development. Prior to founding GIST, he has worked with many esteemed brands like ONIDA, Johnson & Johnson Ltd, LG, BlackBerry and Redington India Ltd, where he worked in capacity of General Manager and managed apple iPhone distribution.
Mr. Goswami is a result driven business leader, well equipped with modern management theories and practices who believes in achieving organizational goals through charismatic leadership, holistic growth and development of all stake holders through the most desired humanitarian approach.
Asit Bali comes with more than 25+ years of experience in sales and marketing management. He worked with many renowned brands from tour and travels, fire extinguishers, safety equipment’s, garments and shoes, jewellery, retail and BPO industry.
He has Training experience on the product, process, sales and soft skills for the more than 10+ with many reputed training companies like NIS, Educomp, Centum Learning, Edu sharp etc. for leading FMCG client Hindustan Unilever, Telecom client Samsung mobile, Banking client SBI Bank in training Industry.
He now shares his vast years of experience in heading the training, learning development and assessment center at GIST.
Sunil Sharma is an astute professional having over 3 decades of experience in Indian and multinational corporations like Bausch & Lomb, Shaw Wallace ,ECE & Godrej.
A graduate in Commerce from Delhi University, Sunil holds a MBA Degree in Financial Management
He brings subject matter expertise and broad experience in working commercial environment with very close functional ties with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Marketing and Finance
He has an ability to keep a level head at all times, nurture and grow a business, evaluate opportunities and risks and also deliver innovative new solutions to challenges. Possessing excellent client facing and configuration skills and highly successful in helping define company direction, achieving goals and optimizing business.
In his previous assignment with Bausch & Lomb, he was responsible for increasing distribution footprint and leading high performance teams and of successfully increasing efficiency and productivity whilst reducing costs and inefficiencies.
